The Culture of Risk: America is the only place in the world where you can fail three times and still get a fourth chance. This “Risk Tolerance” is the secret sauce of their innovation.

29.3. The Living Book: An Ongoing Experiment

America is not a finished project. It is a Beta Version.

It is constantly updating, crashing, rebooting, and trying again.
